Refund policy
### 1. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (PRINT ON DEMAND) Every item available on VAULT 24 is custom-printed and made to order. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory and each product is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. All sales are final. ### 2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, warped, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund. To report a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: contact@vault24.com. Please include: * Your order number (e.g., #1001) * High-quality photos showing the defect or damage to the product * Photos of the shipping packaging (box/tube) if it arrived damaged Do not ship items back to us without prior authorization. ### 3. CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Gelato) to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications can be processed after the order has been submitted.
